Tap "What can I do here?" at the top of your stop list to see all features available for your profession — including profession-specific tools tailored to your role.

Paste directly from your scheduling system — name, address, and phone numbers are parsed automatically. PHI and extra fields are ignored.

Tap 🎙 to speak the info instead of typing — review the parsed result before confirming.

Tap Add Manually to enter a single entry by hand. Use 🎙 next to any field to speak the address or phone number.

Long press any row and drag up or down to reorder. Route distances update automatically.

Tap a number to dial directly. Tap ✏ to manage numbers — add, set primary, edit, or delete. Up to two numbers are parsed automatically from a paste.

Desktop: Hover over a row and click the ✕ that appears.

Tap 📋 in the toolbar to open your scheduling workspace. Arrange your stops, call clients, check them off with a visit time, remove cancellations, then print your daily sheet. Your printed list always matches your route.

Tap 🏠 to set your start and end point. Syncs automatically across all your devices.

Tap any numbered pin to focus on that stop. Tap Open in Maps to launch your full optimized route in Apple Maps.

Set a start time in the toolbar to see estimated arrival times next to each patient's name. Times are calculated using real drive durations between stops.

Tap 💬 on any stop to send a quick text to that patient's primary number. Tap Edit "On My Way" Message below to customize what it says.

Tap 🔍 in the header to search for any patient or client across all days by name or address.

Tap 📅 in the toolbar to copy all stops from the current day to another day of the week.

Current conditions for your location appear automatically in the toolbar after login. Requires location permission.

Tap 📊 to log your daily mileage and view your weekly driving history.
