📋 Adding a Stop
Paste directly from your scheduling system — name, address, and phone numbers are parsed automatically. Or type manually using the manual entry option. New stops are inserted at the best position in your existing route automatically.
↕ Reordering Stops
Mobile: Long press any row and drag to reorder.
Desktop: Click and drag any row to reorder.
Manually moved stops stay in place — new stops optimize around them.
🗑 Removing a Stop
iPhone / iPad: Swipe left on a row to reveal Delete.
Desktop: Hover over a row and click ✕.
An undo option appears briefly after deletion.
📞 Phone Numbers
Tap a number to dial. Tap ✏ (left of the number) to edit primary or secondary numbers. In the Schedule panel, select which number you successfully contacted — that number becomes primary and is the only one shown on printouts.
🗺 Map
Tap any numbered pin to focus that stop. Zoom to your preferred level — the map remembers your zoom. Tap
Open in Maps to launch your route in Apple Maps starting at Stop #1. To send only part of your route (e.g. stops 6–9), use the partial route option in the toolbar.
📋 Schedule Panel
Tap 📋 to open your schedule for the day (shows the correct calendar date). Drag stops by name to reorder. Tap ✕ to remove. Set visit times, mark preferred contact numbers, and print your daily sheet. Drive distances between stops are shown to help with scheduling.
🏠 Home Address
Tap 🏠 to set your start/end point. The green bar shows distance from home to your first stop plus total route mileage and drive time. Syncs across all your devices.
💼 Job Details (Suitcase)
Tap 💼 on any stop to fill in profession-specific details — insurance, time, supplies, labor, or any custom fields you've set up. Manage your fields in ☰ Menu → Field Manager.
☰ Menu — Field Manager & Exports
Tap ☰ to access the Field Manager (add, edit, or remove profession fields), and the Export section with three categories:
Schedule — PDF or CSV of your daily stop list.
Mileage — PDF, CSV, or IRS-formatted export with deductible miles and business purpose.
Job Report — PDF or CSV with each stop's name, address, and filled job details.
📊 Drive Log & IRS Mileage
Tap 📊 to open your weekly mileage log. Miles are calculated automatically from your route — no input needed. Days with stops show an
italic estimate based on your planned route.

✏️ Edit Manually if you need to adjust anything.
From Home / From First Stop: Toggle at the top of the log to switch how miles are counted.
From Home includes the drive from your home address and back — use this if you drive straight from home.
From First Stop counts only stop-to-stop miles — use this if you start from an office or other fixed location.
The IRS Export uses stop-to-stop miles only (commuting excluded per IRS rules) at the current standard rate.
Auto Track: Found in the log settings — uses GPS to log drives automatically while the app is open. In the upcoming native app, this will run in the background so it works even while CarPlay or Google Maps is active.
🎨 Themes
Open ☰ Menu and scroll to the theme swatches to switch between Default, Slate, Forest, Midnight, Sand, and High Contrast. Your theme syncs per device.
🔍 Search
Tap 🔍 to search all stops across every day by name or address.
📅 Copy Day
Tap 📅 in the toolbar to copy all stops from the current day to another day of the week.
🌤 Weather
Current conditions appear in the header based on your home address location.
💬 On My Way Text
Tap 💬 on any stop to send a quick text to that stop's primary number. Customize the message using the button below.
🔒 Security
Your session automatically logs out after 1 hour of inactivity with a 60-second warning. All data is encrypted and stored securely in the cloud.
